⚠️ Crucial Generation-Specific Compliance & Fitting Warnings:
1. VY Series II Onward Cat Converter Mandate: For all models from VY Series II onward (built from October 2003 – August 2004 and including the subsequent VZ series), the factory exhaust layout requires these headers to be fitted alongside new aftermarket high-flow catalytic converters to remain physically compatible and emissions-compliant. They will not bolt directly to original factory pre-VYII catalytic pipes.
2. 6.0L Oxygen Sensor Wire Extension: When retrofitting this kit onto 6.0-Litre LS2 engine variations, the relocation of the exhaust gas collectors dictates that O2 sensor wiring extensions (Part No. OSER) are mandatory to safely bridge the factory harness back down to the new oxygen sensor placement loops.
3. Engine Restriction Note: Mapped exclusively for aluminum GM Gen III/IV block footprints. It will not align with early VT Series I iron-block Holden 5.0L motors.
